Make sure before booking with any Outfitter/Guide for Yellowstone Park or Montana, ask if they have and can provide a copy of their Yellowstone Park Permit or Montana Board of Outfitters license and number. If they can't and are not on the Stock Outfitters for Yellowstone they are illegal!

Our base of operations is located 40 miles north of Gardiner, Montana the north entrance to Yellowstone Park and 8 miles south of Livingston, Montana the original entrance to Yellowstone Park, along Deep Creek in the beautiful Paradise Valley. Coming from Livingston you will go 3 miles then taking a left on highway 540 East River Road (the original historic highway to Yellowstone National Park) go 5 miles and watch for the Bear Paw Outfitters sign on your left. You will see the beautiful majestic Absaroka Mountains rise out of the valley floor and invite into the magnificent Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness.
